Premium ice cream brand Nuii announces Caramelised Salted Almond  & New Zealand Honey flavour, together with White Chocolate & Scandinavian  Mountain Cranberries variant.

[January 2024] International ice cream company Froneri announces two new flavours for its indulgent chocolate stick brand, Nuii.

Nuii, specialise in developing high quality ice creams, bursting with exciting textures and flavour for the ultimate indulgence. With hero ingredients carefully sourced from around the globe, Nuii ice creams evoke a feeling of adventure, and discovery. From decadent Salted Caramel & Australian  Macadamia to exotic Coconut & Indian Mango, Nuii offers the ultimate taste adventure.

The next stop on the Nuii adventure is the epic land of contrast and diversity, New Zealand, renowned for its unique and delicious honey.

Launching January 2024, Nuii Caramelised Salted Almond & New Zealand  Honey is a unique and delicious new flavour to excite the senses.

Nuii have used Kamahi honey, foraged by bees from the flowers of the  Kāmahi tree, to create the indulgent flavour. The Kāmahi tree is sacred in  Māori culture, and the honey is known for its smooth buttery, caramel flavour with hints of delicious toffee and vanilla. This mouth-watering New Zealand honey is swirled through creamy vanilla ice cream, covered in milk chocolate made with sustainably sourced cocoa, combined with salted and caramelised almonds, adding a delicious sweet and salty outer crunch.

For 2024, Nuii also transport consumers to the Scandinavian Mountains with the introduction of Nuii  White Chocolate & Scandinavian Mountain Cranberries.

An adventure into Scandinavia’s wooded mountains leads to the discovery of magnificent scenery and luscious mountain cranberries, well known for their sweet and tart taste. A brand first for Nuii, also sees mascarpone ice cream, swirled with smooth mountain cranberry sauce, wrapped in a crunchy white chocolate shell. For that extra touch, the coating has a sprinkle of handpicked mountain cranberries to enjoy.

The new flavours will be backed by a multi-million pound advertising campaign, spanning TV, cinema, out of home, sampling in major cities across the UK as well as, social and digital channels and in store activation.

The campaign will run across the year.

Henry Craven, Brand Manager for Nuii comments; “We're excited to announce these new additions to the range for 2024. Both flavours bring something exciting and deliciously different to our portfolio.  Consumers are looking for an indulgent treat that offers an experience above the everyday. We’ve  developed both flavours to deliver the ultimate indulgence and take consumers on a taste adventure.”

Both flavours are available in Asda this month and all major retailers thereafter. RRP £4.00 (3 x 90ml). For more information, samples & imagery, please contact the Nuii press office via: nuii@b theagency.com
