The nutritional health experts at Green Chef have launched their first recipe range catered to support female health. The new Women’s Health range is tailored to contribute to nutritional health across PMS, perimenopause, menopause and other hormone-related symptoms.
Developed by Green Chef’s Lead Recipe Development Manager and Registered Nutritionist, Lily Keeling, the new collection puts functional nutrition at the centre of mealtimes, making it easier for women to enjoy nourishing dishes without the added burden of menu planning.
The launch follows Green Chef’s recent nationwide research of 2,000 UK women, which revealed that 90% say their menstrual or menopausal symptoms disrupt daily life, with fatigue, mood changes and disrupted diets topping the list of challenges. With 72% of menopausal women calling for greater education around nutrition, the range aims to fill that gap with practical, accessible meal kits.

Each recipe in the range is built around nutrient-dense ingredients selected to support common cycle-related symptoms:
Green Chef’s New Women’s Health Recipe Range
From 1st September, shoppers can get their hands on Green Chef’s first female-led health recipe range. The collection is made up of nutritionally balanced meals created to support women through the key stages of their lives:
Packed with targeted nutrients like iron, fibre, and vitamin C, the boxes are designed by Senior Recipe Development Manager & Registered Nutritionist at Green Chef, Lily Keeling, to support hormonal shifts, while saving time, energy and mental bandwidth.
Lily commented: “Women can spend around 3,500 days of their life menstruating, but the impact it has on energy, mood, productivity and wellbeing is still too often ignored. At Green Chef, we want to help change that. The last thing women need when managing symptoms is to worry about what’s for dinner and if they’re eating the right things. This range is about taking something off their plate, while putting the right things on it.”
Oti Mabuse adds: “As a professional dancer, I have always ensured that I am fuelling my body in the way that it needs me to. But as a woman, I haven’t heard much conversation around eating to support our cycles. It’s been great working with the nutritionists at Green Chef to understand how different ingredients play such a big role in balancing hormones and benefitting our minds and bodies.”
