Green Chef has launched its Christmas 2025 menu, designed for those who want festive flavour without compromising on health, balance or premium ingredients. Available for delivery for customers from Monday 24 November, the new menu combines indulgent classics, nutrient-rich seasonal dishes, and globally inspired flavours to celebrate the festive season.
With all ingredients delivered right to your door, and all macros taken care of, Green Chef makes festive indulgence possible while sticking to your health goals. There are 15 new recipes for 2025, with more than 50 to choose from in total.
New this season is the ‘Taste of Scandinavia’, inspired by Nordic winter feasts. Green Chef has introduced dishes that focus on fresh herbs, smoked flavours, and seasonal produce, with highlights including the Festive Scandi Salmon Bake, Scandi Beetroot-Stained Smoked Salmon, and Redcurrant Jelly Glazed Meatballs.
This year’s hero dishes include the luxurious Beef Fillet Wellington and the comfort-meets-nutrition Crispy Bacon & Brussels Sprout Festive Gnocchi, both crafted to deliver festive richness with thoughtfully balanced ingredients.

The wider menu features a range of wholesome twists on traditional centrepieces, all of which are high protein, including:
Thyme Roast Pork Belly
Mustard & Herb Crusted Roast Beef
Apple & Sage Slow-Cooked Chicken
Confit Duck Leg with Pomegranate Sauce
Lamb Steak in Redcurrant Sauce
Bacon-Wrapped Whole Roast Chicken
Pork Steaks in Creamy Pesto Sauce
For some more low key winter meals, Green Chef brings comforting but balanced dishes such as Chicken in Thyme Butter Sauce and Chipotle Beef & Butternut Squash Chilli.
Plant-based and lower-carb diners are also catered for, with festive alternatives including:
Festive Plant-Based Burger
Festive Daal with Cranberry Basmati Rice
Chinese-Style Duck Fusion Roast Dinner
Creamy Thyme Turkey Pie
Festive Roast Chicken Breast with Pork & Sage Stuffing
Lily Keeling, Senior Recipe Development Manager and Registered Nutritionist at Green Chef said, “Christmas should be joyful, not overwhelming, and that includes what’s on the table. This year’s menu combines premium ingredients, nutritious balance and festive flair, so customers can enjoy a wholesome, delicious celebration without compromising on flavour or losing sight of their health goals.”
