New IICCT Course Dates

Bookings are now open for IICCT Chocolate Tasting courses in Louth March 20-24. You can take Level 1 and Level 2 as individual courses or the combined course over five days.

Tastings Dates for Louth

Discovery Experience tastings are now available for booking at the Montague Suite, The Mart, Louth. 
Initially, I will be hosting monthly tastings on Saturday afternoons 2pm - 3:30pm. Initial dates: Sat. 25 Jan., Sat. 15 Feb., Sat 15 Mar. Places are £25 per person and vouchers are available.

Deep-Dive in Alford

We are back at Soul Foods in Alford on Sat. 1 February, this time for a deep-dive tasting through the tropical rainforests of the cacao growing continents and the history of chocolate flavour. The evening will end with an artisan coffee from Soul Foods.
