‘The Original Dubai Chocolate’ has officially landed in the UK as FIX Dessert Chocolatier opens its first-ever international pop-up inside Harrods, the legendary luxury department store based in Knightsbridge, London. Running from 27 October – 23 November, this marks the very first time that anyone outside of the UAE can get their FIX.

In true FIX style, the pop-up within the Harrods Chocolate Hall is an immersive journey designed to transport visitors through taste and discovery. The centrepiece FIX Flavour Stop is a candy-hued homage to London – replete with banquette seats reimagined in pastel pink, a playful spin on the iconic transit map, and plenty of photo-ops.

Unwrapping a brand-new secret menu item, the Dubai-based chocolatier has launched a world-exclusive beverage in collaboration with Harrods: The OG FIX Hot Chocolate. The specialty FIX truck, perched outside on Hans Crescent, will serve up a heavenly hot chocolate base topped with pistachio Chantilly, a dark chocolate disk and a croissant-filo pastry twist. Warming hearts and hands until 19 November.

Sarah Hamouda, Co-Founder at FIX Dessert Chocolate, commented, “Having grown up in London, this truly feels like a full circle moment. From visiting Harrods Food Hall as a child to launching my own brand here, it’s been an incredible journey, and we can’t wait to take our UK customers along for the ride. The biggest pleasure of all is meeting our fans in person and we can’t wait to see their reactions as they try FIX for the very first time.”

FIX will add its own whimsical twist to Harrods’ spectacle of indulgence. Think serving cups in candy-bright colours, sunshiney picnic umbrellas, and duck egg-blue aprons that are as Instagrammable as the chocolate itself.

The line-up features FIX’s viral sensation – the ‘Can’t Get Knafeh Of It’ bar, a decadent blend of knafeh pastry, pistachios, and chocolate that has become a global taste phenomenon. Lucky Londoners will also be able to indulge in five additional flavours, including cult favourites such as ‘Pick Up A Pretzel,’ ‘Catch Me If Pecan,’ ‘and ‘Mind Your Own Biscuit.’

André Lewis, Head of Buying - Food, Wine & Spirits at Harrods commented, “Harrods is proud to unveil FIX Dessert Chocolatier’s first international pop-up, marking a milestone in our ongoing commitment to curating the most exceptional and forward-thinking brands from around the world. FIX have changed the landscape of luxury confectionery within their innovative approach, bold flavour artistry, and playfulness, making them a natural fit for the Harrods Chocolate Hall. This collaboration reflects Harrods’ dedication to offering our customers exclusive, world-class experiences that celebrate creativity, craftsmanship, and the rarest indulgences.”

FIX Dessert Chocolatier has been brought to London by Imagine FMCG. Available exclusively at Harrods until 23 November, FIX dessert bars are priced from £25, and the first 150 visitors will receive an exciting gift upon purchase of any bar. Meanwhile, outdoor guests can spill the beans on the OG FIX Hot Chocolate for £10.

For loyal FIX fans, and first-timers in the UK, this pop-up is not one to be missed.
