Choco is introducing the first AI agent in food distribution. With Autopilot, Choco AI is no longer just assisting—it’s making decisions. For the first time, an AI agent is autonomously processing sales orders from any channel and sending them straight to ERPs—without manual input or delays.

Since launching Choco AI in 2023, Choco has transformed food distribution by digitizing and streamlining orders across voicemail, SMS, WhatsApp, and email. This has saved distributors significant time, reduced errors, and increased sales.

Now, Autopilot takes AI decision-making to the next level. Instead of requiring manual review, Autopilot evaluates each incoming order, determines its accuracy, and decides whether to process it instantly or flag it for review. This means distributors no longer have to manually verify orders—zero clicks, zero manual work. For sales representatives, that means more time in the field, building relationships, and driving sales—instead of being stuck processing orders.

“Autopilot is the first AI agent in food distribution. It makes its own decisions, processes orders instantly, and keeps distributors in full control. No more manual order entry, no more wasted time. This is what our customers have been asking for—real automation that frees them up to grow their business. And we’re just getting started. AI agents will redefine how food distribution operates, and Autopilot is the first step,” said Dan Khachab, CEO & Co-founder of Choco

The First Step Toward AI Agents in Food Distribution

Autopilot is more than automation—it’s the foundation for AI agents at Choco. It actively processes and validates orders, ensuring only the right ones go through—without human intervention. By analyzing historical patterns and continuously improving its accuracy, Autopilot evolves with each order.

Distributors stay in control, choosing which customers are autopiloted and which still require manual review—ensuring that sales representatives can manage their most sensitive relationships as they see fit.

With Autopilot already processing 50% of orders for early adopters like The Menu Partners, the first AI agent in food distribution is setting a new industry standard and paving the way for the next era of AI-driven operations.

"As a young, fast-growing business whose mission is to reimagine the future of foodservice to the hospitality industry, The Menu Partners has been built on a culture of innovation. Investing in technology like Choco AI has been key to scaling efficiently, especially in the midst of one of the toughest hiring markets in decades,” said Kate Redding, Senior Executive Officer at The Menu Partners. “Choco AI helped us eliminate the manual work of logging orders by digitizing everything instantly. Now, with Autopilot, we’re taking it even further—removing the need for any manual reviews. It allows our team to focus on more strategic parts of the business needs while ensuring that we’re maintaining the accuracy and efficiency our customers expect."
