Food Matters Live returns to London on 3–4 June, taking place at Olympia’s redeveloped International Convention Centre.
The event will bring together hundreds of the UK and Ireland's innovators and product developers, technical managers, food innovators, and nutritionists across brands, manufacturers, retailers, QSRs and foodservice, including start-ups and scale-ups. Featuring interactive zones such as Tastes of Better, The Flavour & Colour Lab and the NPD Discovery Zone, the event highlights groundbreaking ingredients, cutting-edge R&D, and business solutions shaping tomorrow’s food and drink. Alongside live events, Food Matters Live offers insights through expert podcasts and resources on topics from consumer trends to regulatory developments.
