Section 08

Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected:

  • Newsletter subscriber data — retained until unsubscription, then deleted within 90 days
  • Contact form submissions — retained for 12 months, then securely deleted
  • Supplier directory profiles — retained for the duration of the listing contract plus 6 months
  • Analytics data — retained in anonymised form for up to 26 months
  • Financial and billing records — retained for 7 years in compliance with HMRC requirements

Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, destruction, or alteration. These include TLS encryption for data in transit, access controls limiting data access to authorised personnel, regular security assessments, and staff training on data protection obligations.
