Potts’ Adds A Fresh Squeeze of Innovation to Wake Up Tired Stock & Gravy Aisle

Following the success of its five-strong World Cuisine-inspired Air Fryer Paste collection, The Potts’ Partnership has turned its attention to another cooking cupboard staple by bringing a more intuitive and gourmet way of thinking to the Meat Stocks & Gravies aisle with the eagerly anticipated launch concentrated stock pastes, neatly packed in stylish, 100% recyclable aluminium tubes.

It's fair to say that the stocks and gravies category has been crying out for some added culinary theatre. For too long this forgotten aisle has been dominated by unremarkable granules, cubes and stock pots that offer inquisitive weekday chefs relatively little in terms of trailblazing or boundary-pushing formats.

The Potts’ Partnership commitment to launch a contemporary way to build flavours resulted in a World first range of concentrated Stock Tubes.

Having previously pioneered the use of cans to bring quality stocks and gravies to home cooks, Potts’ is once again challenging convention with a format that puts greater control, creativity and personal choice firmly in the hands of anyone looking to elevate their daily culinary prowess.

Think of concentrated Stock Tubes as less of an instant stock replacement and more as flavour-building support that earns its place alongside tomato purée, garlic and cooking pastes.

Whether adding depth to a bubbling casserole, enriching a homemade gravy, intensifying a pan sauce or giving mince, pies and stews added depth these pastes help layer and elevate flavour.

Crucially, it also puts the cook in control. Rather than being restricted to an all-or-nothing stock cube or a pre-measured portion, consumers can simply squeeze in as much or as little as they need, tasting and adjusting the intensity to suit individual needs or preferences; delivering added depth without any unwelcome or unnecessary liquid.

And, true to the business's sustainable packaging philosophy, the new range arrives in rather striking 100% recyclable aluminium tubes, bringing added mealtime gravitas and culinary theatre to a category far too accustomed to playing it safe.
