Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon is expanding its UK distribution with a listing in major supermarket, Tesco. The bourbon will be available to purchase in 665 stores nationwide and customers will be able to buy Elijah Craig online and in store from 28th January 2024, subject to availability.
This achievement follows the brand’s successful launch into retail in October 2023 with Waitrose, further supporting Heaven Hill Brands’ ambition and commitment to premiumise and diversify the Bourbon category in the UK.

Elijah Craig is credited with being the first distiller to char oak barrels to make Bourbon, thus becoming known as “The Father of Bourbon”. Today Heaven Hill Master Distiller's expertise and attention to detail give Elijah Craig Small Batch the right balance of full body and rich flavour. Each Small Batch carries a signature warm spice and subtle smoke flavour which belongs in any whiskey fan’s home bar. Bottled at 47% ABV, Elijah Craig Small Batch has a complex aroma with notes of vanilla bean, sweet fruit and fresh mint. Tasting notes include an initial woodiness on the palate accented by spice, smoke and nutmeg. The finish is long, sweet and slightly toasty.
