Audrey’s, Sussex’s oldest chocolatier, is embracing the beauty of true craftsmanship with the launch of its new “Perfectly Imperfect” product - a thoughtful initiative designed to reduce waste while celebrating the handmade nature of its chocolates.

Every Audrey’s chocolate is crafted by hand in Sussex using traditional techniques. As with any artisanal process, small variations naturally occur, from subtle surface marks or air bubbles to slight differences in weight. Rather than seeing these as imperfections, Audrey’s views them as part of the character and authenticity of handmade chocolate.

The “Perfectly Imperfect” product brings these individual chocolates together into a 150g bag, ensuring they are enjoyed rather than wasted, while maintaining the same quality and taste the brand is known for.

Made from a mix of Audrey’s signature chocolate varieties, each bag offers a unique selection - proof that great chocolate doesn’t need to look identical to be indulgent.

This launch builds on Audrey’s ongoing commitment to sustainability and responsible production, following its recent transition to fully traceable Valrhona chocolate and palm oil–free recipes.

Commenting on the launch, Alice Crone, Co-Owner of Audrey’s, said: “Because everything we make is by hand, no two chocolates are ever exactly the same. ‘Perfectly Imperfect’ is about embracing those natural variations and ensuring every piece we create is enjoyed - just as it should be.”

Each “Perfectly Imperfect” box weighs 150g and is priced at £9.95.
