i2r North America Inc., has achieved an EcoVadis Platinum Medal, placing the aluminum packaging manufacturer among the top 1% of companies assessed by EcoVadis in the 12 months prior to the medal issue date. The recognition marks a significant milestone for the business and reflects its ongoing commitment to sustainability, responsible sourcing, operational transparency and continuous improvement across its North American operations. i2r’s EcoVadis Platinum Medal is valid through July 2027.
EcoVadis is globally recognized for its business sustainability ratings and assesses organizations across four key areas: Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics and Sustainable Procurement. Its methodology draws on international sustainability standards and evaluates the quality of a company’s sustainability management system through its policies, actions and reporting, providing businesses and their customers with an independent measure of sustainability performance.
As part of the wider i2r Packaging Solutions business, i2r North America manufactures aluminum food packaging for customers across the North American market.
